SHIPPING POLICY

At Blaze & Stitch, we partner with The Courier Guy to deliver your order safely and on time across South Africa.

Processing Time Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Delivery Time Once dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer.

Shipping Rates Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight.

Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your delivery with The Courier Guy.

Delivery Issues If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at blaze.stitchh@gmail.com with your order number and we will investigate promptly.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Blaze & Stitch is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
